1. Refund Policy
   • Self-Paced Pre-Recorded Sessions
     1. No refunds will be provided once access is granted to self-paced pre-recorded sessions.
     2. Refunds will only be considered if access to the course material has not been provided due to technical issues or administrative errors on our part.
   • Interactive Trainer Sessions
     1. For cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the scheduled interactive session, a full refund will be provided, minus a 10% administrative fee.
     2. For cancellations made less than 15 days but more than 7 days prior to the scheduled interactive session, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
     3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 7 or fewer days before the session or for no-shows.
   • Bundle Packages (Self-Paced + Trainer Sessions)
     1. Refunds for bundle packages will only apply to the trainer session portion, as outlined in section 1.2. No refunds will be issued for self-paced content.
   • Refunds for Duplicate Payments
     1. Refunds for any duplicate payments will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the refund request.
   • Abuse of Refund Policy
     1. Refund requests will be rejected outright if the learner is found in violation of the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use.
2. Cancellation Policy
   • Cancellation by Metapercept Academy
     1. If a course is canceled or rescheduled by Metapercept Academy, participants will be offered the option to transfer their enrollment to the next available batch at no extra cost.
     2. Receive a full refund of the amount paid.
   • Cancellation by Participants
     1. Participants must request cancellations in writing via email to training@metapercept.com. Refund eligibility is subject to the timelines outlined in section 1.
   • Non-Attendance
     1. Refunds or credits for rescheduling training sessions cannot be issued for non-attendance.
3. Deferment Policy
   • Deferment for Trainer Sessions,
     1. Participants may request to defer their enrollment to a later batch of the same course by submitting a written request to training@metapercept.com.
     2. Deferment requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the original session.
   • Deferment Conditions
     1. Deferments are subject to availability and are permitted only once per enrollment.
     2. An administrative fee of 10% of the course fee may apply.
   • Fee Adjustments for Alternate Courses
     1. If a learner selects an alternate course with a higher fee, the difference in the course fee must be paid by the learner before enrollment.
     2. If the fee for the alternate course is lower, the difference will not be refunded, and Metapercept Academy will not be liable to pay the differential amount.
4. Certification Course Guidelines
   • Examination Vouchers
     1. Learners receiving examination vouchers must complete the examination process in accordance with the guidelines, timelines, and voucher expiry date set by the concerned accreditation body.
     2. Where no specific timelines are provided, learners must complete the examination process within 1 month from the course completion date.
   • Voucher Expiry and Adherence
     1. Learners are required to strictly adhere to the timelines for completing the examination process.
     2. Requests for extensions, voucher validity extensions, or claims after the expiration of the provided timelines will not be entertained.
5. General Conditions
   • Non-Transferability
     1. Enrollment in courses is non-transferable to another individual.
   • Eligibility for Refunds
     1. Refunds will not be issued for:
        1. Partial attendance.
        2. Missed sessions.
        3. Accessed self-paced content.
   • Technical Issues,
     1. If participants face technical difficulties accessing course materials, they must report the issue within 7 days of purchase for resolution. Refunds will not be granted for technical issues not reported within this period.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
   • This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
